
Marilyn Peacock, a welcomed new volunteer to our Arts on Main committee, is overseeing the inclusion of Literary Arts within Arts on Main for 2010 in conjunction with Dr. Bruce Meyer.
Bruce Meyer is Professor, University Studies, English, in the University Partnership Centre at Georgian College where he teaches in the Laurentian University BA Program.
He is author of 30 books of non-fiction, poetry, short fiction, literary journalism, and pedagogy. Among his titles areThe Golden Thread: A Reader's Journey Through the Great Books (2000) and Heroes: From Hercules to Superman (2007). His broadcasts on literature for the CBC, The Great Books, A Novel Idea and Great Poetry are the network's bestselling spoken word CD series.
